Hi, I’m Reilly Price. I’m a behavioral health paraprofessional and a certified somatic breathwork practitioner, specializing in nervous system regulation. I earned my B.A. in Voice Performance from Arizona State University, and I’m currently working toward my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University.

My approach is real, grounded, and human. I’m not a fan of saying things I don’t mean. If I offer you a compliment, it’s genuine. If I notice a pattern that’s getting in your way, I’ll be honest about it, while still being respectful and supportive. My goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and empowered without being talked down to or “fixed.”

I also believe healing isn’t linear. Some seasons feel like major breakthroughs, and other seasons feel slower or messy. That doesn’t mean you’re failing. Change takes time, and progress is still progress. Together, we’ll focus on building skills that help you regulate your body and mind, expand your capacity for stress, and create steady steps forward that actually stick. Breathwork can be a powerful part of that process, especially when anxiety, overwhelm, or shut-down patterns start running the show.

Outside of the counseling space, I have a deep love for music, and I’m a lifelong fan of cartoons and comic books. I genuinely enjoy learning new skills and expanding my interests. Right now, that includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which I practice alongside my kids. For me, it’s another reminder that growth comes from showing up, practicing, and staying patient with yourself.

If you’re hesitant to start, I get it. My ask is simple: give me a try. If it doesn’t feel like a good fit, you won’t hurt my feelings. I care more about your wellbeing than I do about my ego getting bruised.
