My name is Monique; however, I like to go by Mo. I am currently a Colorado Christian University student finishing my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Up to this point, I have completed my coursework and obtained the necessary hours. I believe in meeting my client where they are, despite where that may be. There will be no judgment but a safe place to be an authentic version of yourself. We can figure that out together if you do not know who that may be. I am here to support you in reaching the goals you want to aim to achieve.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and those who need to be seen or heard, including LGBTQIA+. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Psychoanalytical Approach to understand better and challenge my clients to grow and build their confidence in themselves.
